From a single blended panel to a full colour change, our resprays are done in a professional heated spray booth with paint mixed to your manufacturer’s exact code — the difference between paintwork that lasts and paintwork that peels within a year.

Paintwork we handle

  • Panel resprays — doors, wings, bonnets and tailgates, blended into neighbouring panels for an invisible match.
  • Faded or peeling lacquer — common on older bonnets and roofs; stripped and refinished properly, not painted over.
  • Full resprays & colour changes — quoted per vehicle after inspection.
  • Stone-chip fronts — bonnets and bumpers refreshed before resale or lease return.

How a proper respray works

  1. Colour match — paint mixed from your manufacturer’s code and test-sprayed before it goes near the car.
  2. Preparation — the old finish is sanded back or stripped, chips and defects corrected, panel primed. Preparation is 70% of a respray that lasts.
  3. Booth application — colour and lacquer applied in a heated, filtered booth — dust-free, then baked to cure.
  4. Blend & polish — blended into adjacent panels, machine-polished, inspected under daylight lamps.

Why booth-sprayed matters

Aerosols and driveway jobs fail at the edges: visible tide-lines, orange peel, lacquer that lifts in the first hot summer. A booth bake cures paint the way the factory did it — which is why we can put our guarantee in writing.

Respray questions

How much is a single panel respray?
Typically £150–£300 per panel including blending, depending on panel size and colour type. Send photos for a fixed price.
How long will my car be off the road?
Single panels 1–2 days; multiple panels 3–5 days; full resprays are scheduled and quoted individually. Courtesy cars are available.
Do you guarantee the paintwork?
Yes — all refinishing is guaranteed in writing against defects like peeling, bubbling or colour mismatch.
Can you respray just part of a panel?
Often yes — that’s a SMART repair, and it’s cheaper. If the damage sits near a panel edge we’ll quote the SMART option alongside the full panel so you can choose.
