How we repair a bumper

1. Assess from photos — repair vs replace decided up front, with a fixed price for each option where both are viable.
2. Remove & repair — the bumper comes off the car; cracks are welded and reinforced from behind, scuffs sanded back and filled.
3. Refinish — primed, colour-coated and lacquered in the spray booth, blended to the adjacent panels.
4. Refit & test — sensors, grilles and trims refitted and checked before handover.
